No Returns & No Refunds Policy (All Sales Final)


Applies to: Purchases made on our Shopify store (and any official Smiley Aesthetics online sales channels that link to this policy).

Our Promise & Why This Policy Exists

We offer professional-grade products that are sensitive to storage, hygiene, and authenticity controls. To protect product integrity and client safety—and to keep pricing transparent—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges, except in the limited cases outlined below (e.g., defective, or we sent the wrong item).


What “All Sales Final” Means

  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, order duplication, incompatibility with your preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

  • No refunds on products, shipping fees, taxes, or service charges once an order is placed, except as stated in “Limited Exceptions” below.

  • No price adjustments if an item goes on sale after your purchase.

  • Gift cards, e-gift cards, digital downloads, samples, free gifts, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Bundled or promotional sets (e.g., “buy X, get Y,” kits) are sold as a unit: partial returns or credits are not permitted.


Limited Exceptions (How We Make It Right)

We will repair, replace, or refund only if:

  1. Damaged in transit – the product arrives visibly damaged or leaking - we require the product to be returned in the original packaging (leaking or not). If needed, put the original in another package if leaking. 

  2. Defective – the product has a manufacturing defect that prevents normal use or is expired.

  3. Wrong item received – we shipped an item that does not match your order confirmation.

What to do if your order qualifies

Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos showing the packaging (inside and outside), the shipping label, and the item(s) concerned

Requests received after 3 days, or without photos, may not be eligible due to carrier claim limits and authenticity controls.

Resolution we provide (at our discretion):

  • Replacement of the same item

  • Store credit equal to the item’s purchase price

  • Refund to the original payment method (only if replacement is not available)

Important: We may require return or disposal of the affected item before issuing a resolution. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid label. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all components included.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders begin processing immediately. We cannot guarantee edits or cancellations after checkout.

  • If you contact us quickly at invoicing@smileyaesthetics.com, we will try to help, but if the order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be changed or canceled. In such cases, the “All Sales Final” policy applies.


Shipping, Delivery & “Return to Sender”

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or failure to pick up, we can reship once you provide an updated address and pay the actual reship fee. If you choose not to reship, the order remains final (no refund).

  • Lost packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for a refund. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation; outcomes are determined by the carrier.


Allergies & Sensitivities

We provide detailed ingredient information to help you make informed choices. Because individual responses vary and we cannot assess your personal situation, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for sensitivities or allergic reactions. Please consult your licensed provider before using new products.


Quality, Authenticity & Safety

To prevent product tampering, diversion, and health risks, once products leave our controlled supply chain, they are not eligible to be returned to inventory. This safeguards all clients and maintains professional-grade quality standards.


Billing & Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing error, contact us first at invoicing@smileyaesthetics.com. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We retain records (timestamps, IP, order logs) to dispute fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.


Warranties

We do not offer additional warranties beyond those required by law or provided by the product’s manufacturer (if any). For any manufacturer warranty, follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Documentation may be required.


Compliance & Your Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law. Where the law requires a remedy (e.g., for defective goods), we will comply.
