Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) CST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following business day.

Transit Time: Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 2 business days.

Carriers Used: We ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL) depending on destination and service availability.

Business Days Only: Delivery times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. For example, an order shipped on Friday will typically arrive the following Tuesday.

Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Fees: Flat-rate or calculated shipping fees (shown at checkout) are non-refundable
